Mercedes Benz (Thailand) Company Limited has opened a Training Center in Bangkok to allow Mercedes-Benz mechanics to meet the certified standards. Furthermore, mechatronics courses will be carried out for the German-Thai project for excellence (GTDEE) to create quality personnel to be included in the workforce of Thailand.
The Mercedes Benz Thailand Training Center is located in Bang Na-Trat Road, km 19. Its construction began in February 2018 and ended in December 2019 and covers a total area of over 28,700 square meters. Developed on two floors, there are several training areas inside, including a theoretical classroom and a multifunctional area.
In the multifunctional area there are all the useful equipment to carry out the courses in the best way, among which the Car Bench International branded materials provided by our local importer really stand out. The Manta line Jig bench and the Contact Evolution electronic measuring System, both approved by Mercedes-Benz, will certainly be well used for such a prestigious structure.
Roland Folger, Executive Chairman of Mercedes Benz (Thailand Limited) said: “The opening of this Training Center is part of Mercedes Benz Thailand's growth plan for 2025, where more than 50,000 people per year will be trained between sales and after-sales services, as well as training students. In the multifunctional area it will be possible to teach the body repair and painting operations, thanks to the equipment provided."
