End of Line

For several years Car Bench has been supplying equipment for the "End-of-Line" production areas of the most important car manufacturers. In this phase the vehicles are inspected for final checks that ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

The most recent example of this type of supply is that started in May 2015 when Car Bench undertook to equip the latest Jaguar Land Rover factory in Nitra, Slovakia, with the best equipment for the End of Line area. The project was completed at the end of 2018, however Car Bench still provides additional equipment.

In recent years Car Bench has completely designed and equipped a total area of about 4000 m2 providing the best possible solutions for vehicle inspection and repair.

A complete steelwork structure has been designed for each working bay in order to optimize the flow of vehicles. Each steelwork structure hosted Mirrors (also provided by Car Bench), lights and any other ancillary cables or items, including 2 special Powertrain structures that also fitted hoists as well provided by Car Bench.

Each bay was also equipped with Car Bench workbenches of top high-quality Italian design. In some of these working bays 52 lifts (both 2-post and 4-post) have also been installed.
