Induction Heaters

The induction machines for heating magnetic materials have high power and exceptional operation. They create the heat directly inside the metal, reaching red heat (about 1000 degrees Celsius) in just a few seconds, avoiding any change in the metal’s characteristics.

 

By generating heat only in the desired point, the most common operations of straightening, bending and pin or bearing replacement can be carried out. The absence of a naked flame, besides lowering costs by more than 50% compared with the use of tanks, allows work to be done even near cables, hoses or other heat-sensitive parts.

 

CAR BENCH products have obtained all the required European certification for electromagnetic field emissions and are fitted with a special insulating transformer, thereby ensuring maximum reliability and guaranteed operation even in the most unfavourable conditions or in the event of a short circuit.

 

The evolution of our electronics allows us to not needing to install PFC devices to ensure a continuity of power. Our technology, in fact, allows to obtain the power request from the network, without having to correct it with a PFC device.
