Through the wealth of CAR BENCH experience, a tecnologically advanced and innovative measuring system concept is introduced, redefining the quality of standards and performance. A new generation of portable measuring and repair equipment with a rotating, articulated arm, capable of fully meeting the manufacturers specifications and optimizing body shop efficiency and profitability.
Its main specification and operations are:
- The manoeuvrable and flexible 5 metre articulated arm which allows the user to carry out measuring on the whole vehicle without having to move the system from its original position
- High precision and accuracy, with a tolerance of +/- 0,5 mm is achieved even at the fullest extent of the unique 5 metre arm
- The simultaneous diagnosis and repair of the entire body of the vehicle; both inside and out, and the complete under body, both with mechanical parts in or out of position can be carried out
- Precise measurements can quickly be made with either the pointed probe, which is rapidly positioned by means of a quick release device, without the need of adpters and/or extensions
- Latest generation software which is very easy to use
- The practical, light, alloy and carbon fibre make it very easy to handle
- Can be used with any jig bench and/or lift
- Unique, quick re-calibration system
